Who can apply?
Public or private organisations located in one of the nine EU Outermost Regions (Mayotte, French Guiana, Martinique, Saint-Martin, Guadeloupe, La Réunion, Azores, Madeira and Canary Islands) can apply. This includes:
- Regional public authorities;
- Organisations that are either responsible for or involved in the funding and/or implementation of a policy or programme/fund of a region;
- Economic operators, such as SMEs and/or groups of SMEs.
- Regional business organisations, universities, research centres, etc.;
Deadline for submission of expression of interest: 12 January 2024
