The selection of the Open Call proposals will be carried out in a six steps process.
- Step one will check the proposals against eligibility criteria.
- Step two (In/Out Scope Screening) will involve a ‘Selection Committee’ to assess the proposal according to the criteria.
- Step three will involve independent evaluators to assess the proposal according to the criteria.
- Step four will involve the ARISE Consensus Meeting to agree on a common position, including comments and scores for all evaluated proposals.
- Step five will involve the ‘Selection Committee’ to decide the ‘Provisional List of FSTP recipients’ and ‘Reserve List’ in a Jury Day.
- Step six will cover the formal check of the pre-selected beneficiaries.
