European Commission and Vietnam’s Ministry of Science and Technology signed a letter of intent to strengthen cooperation in science, technology and innovation. It is expected to deepen collaboration between researchers, universities, startups, industry and public institutions.
Signed during Commissioner Ekaterina Zaharieva’s mission to Hanoi, the letter of intent follows the recently concluded Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the European Union and Vietnam. This letter of intent also reflects a shared ambition to make science, technology and innovation a stronger pillar of cooperation and support future competitiveness, resilience and sustainable growth.
