HaDEA completed the grant agreement preparations following the evaluation of the call HORIZON-CL4-2025-01, part of Horizon Europe Cluster 4: Digital, Industry and Space, that closed on 23 September 2025. 

As a result, grant agreements for 71 new projects have been signed. These projects are expected to receive a total EU contribution of €550,9 million. They involve 268 different beneficiaries (unique participants), across industry, research organisations, academia, SMEs, public bodies etc.

These projects cover topics in 4 different destinations:

  • Destination 1: Achieving global leadership in climate-neutral, circular and digitised industrial and digital value chains.
  • Destination 2: Achieving technological leadership for Europe's open strategic autonomy in raw materials, chemicals and innovative materials.
  • Destination 4: Achieving open strategic autonomy in digital and emerging enabling technologies.
  • Destination 6: Digital and industrial technologies driving human-centric innovation.

Background 

Horizon Europe Cluster 4 Industry supports the implementation of scientific projects, mainly to accelerate the green and digital transitions and to increase the EU’s autonomy in key strategic value chains for a resilient industry. 

HaDEA supports industrial research and innovation by managing the ‘Industry’ part of Cluster 4 ‘Digital, Industry and Space’ of the Horizon Europe programme and the legacy programme Horizon 2020.
