The European Research Executive Agency (REA) has published a new handbook. The handbook replaces the specific provisions on the MSCA in the Annotated Grant Agreement (AGA).

The document covers all MSCA schemes. It explains in detail with examples:

  • types of participants in MSCA projects;
  • rules relating to the employment of scientists and secondments.
  • Continuous and periodic reporting
  • deductibility of unit contributions;
  • other aspects related to the implementation of MSCA projects, including the possibility of increasing the grant amount, transfer of the grant agreement to another host institution for MSCA PF projects, or eligibility of publication fees.
