On 14 and 15 November, the “Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Presidency conference: MSCA diverse research careers to tackle global challenges” will take place in Toledo. The conference is organised by the European Commission and the Fundación Española para la Ciencia y la Tecnología/ Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT) as part of the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the European Union. Spain holds the Presidency of the Council of the European Union from 1 July to 31 December 2023.

The MSCA conference will address the question of how MSC actions promote diverse research careers to address global challenges. Part of the event program is the MSCA Science-Policy Pitch Competition. During the competition, 15 MSCA Fellows and alumni will demonstrate how their research contributes to bringing science and policy closer together.
