In response to the proposal put forward by the European Commission last July, the six leading European research organisations – CNR (Italy), CNRS (France), CSIC (Spain), the Helmholtz Association, the Leibniz Association and the Max Planck Society (Germany) – united within the G6 network and representing 135,000 staff members, have issued a joint statement presenting a shared vision for the future European Framework Programme for Research and Innovation (FP10).
