The European Commission has published its 2025 Strategic Foresight Report. The report, which was published on 9 September 2025, presents ‘Resilience 2.0’, which the Commission calls “a forward-looking and proactive approach to ensuring the EU thrives in turbulent times, anticipates new challenges and creates a safe space for citizens and business”.
