On 20 March 2025, the European Commission opened a public consultation to gather the views and to help design a new strategy for European life sciences. The consultation will seek the views, inputs and perceptions of the different life sciences sectors and stakeholders. The new multi-disciplinary strategy for European life sciences will aim at boosting Europe competitiveness and reduce dependencies by a faster development, translation and commercialisation of ideas and innovation in Europe.
The consultation will be open until 17 April 2025.
