ERA Talents
At the end of 2024, the EC announced the results of the ERA Talents 2024 call (HORIZON-WIDERA-2024-TALENTS-03), by the deadline of 26 September 2024, 117 projects were submitted and 115 of them were evaluated (2 were ineligible). A total of 13 grants were awarded, and another 4 projects are on the reserve list. Serbia was the most successful with two projects, while Bulgaria, Estonia, France, Georgia, Croatia, Hungary, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Greece and Turkey won one each. None of the six projects submitted by the Czech coordinators was selected for funding. However, two Czech partners are involved in successful projects, one in the project coordinated by Estonia and one in the project of the Serbian coordinator.
Hop On
On Since the end of January 2025, the results of the Hop On call (HORIZON-WIDERA-2023-ACCESS-06-01) have been known, with 109 proposals submitted by the deadline of 26 September 2024. Eight of them were ineligible and therefore only 101 projects were evaluated. A total of 90 projects received grants, of which Portugal (32) received the most new partners, followed by the Czech Republic and Greece with 9 partners, Estonia, Cyprus and Poland with 5 partners, and Lithuania and Turkey with four partners. Smaller numbers of partners from other countries have joined.
