The European Commission has recently launched the Science4EU communication campaign, which aims to raise public awareness of the EU’s support for science, research and innovation. The campaign will cover all EU Member States and includes creation of original content and promotion across traditional and digital media. The Commission will be working with a range of multipliers including EU institutions, bodies and agencies, as well as external stakeholders such as NGOs, trade associations, science communicators, and museums. In order to maximise the impact of the available budget, the EC will strategically focus paid promotion on the following countries, identified based on a thorough analysis of the campaign’s target audience and media landscapes, as well as the current and upcoming Council Presidencies: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Germany, Poland, and Slovenia.
