The COST Strategic Plan (published at the end of year 2017) introduces a new instrument – the Cross-Cutting Activity (CCA) whose main aim is to better connect policy makers and R&I players to share best practices. The specificity of the CCA is that it is fully supported by COST. The CCA was launched in December 2024 with a two-year duration and dives into the need to improve career development conditions to attract and retain the best researchers in Europe. Charkes University and Masaryk University – CEITEC represent Czechia in this activity. Further details are available here.
