The leading universities of Science and Technology (S&T) united within CESAER today published a position ‘For a flexible, resilient and impactful Erasmus+’.

Our Members have submitted individual responses to the public consultation on the past, present, and future of the Erasmus+ programme and with this position, we complement these with high-level recommendations.

The recommendations are developed along the following themes:

  • Improve financial & legal framework,
  • Consider returning higher education programme structure & administration to direct management
  • Future-proof programme priorities
  • Foster resilience
