Commission publishes 3 reports informing a possible European excellence initiative

On 21 November, the European Commission published 3 reports informing a possible European excellence initiative to empower universities in their R&I mission, and help Member States set up national support. The initiative is part of the new European Research Area and sets out the intention to strengthen the research and innovation dimension of universities through a comprehensive transformation agenda, empowering universities to develop in line with the ERA.
