The call for proposals ‘DIGITAL-2023-SKILLS-05: Advanced Digital Skills’ under the Digital Europe Programme is now published on the Funding and Tenders portal, opening on 21 November 2023.
HaDEA will manage the following topics, with a total budget of €42 million allocated:
- DIGITAL-2023-SKILLS-05-SPECIALEDU: Specialised education programmes in key capacity areas. €30 million.
- DIGITAL-2023-SKILLS-05-SPECIAL-PROGEDU: Specialised education programmes in key capacity areas – Advanced digital skills analysis. €2 million.
- DIGITAL-2023-SKILLS-05-CYBERACADEMY: Cybersecurity Skills Academy. €10 million.
The deadline to submit applications for this call is 21 March 2024 at 17:00 Brussels time.
Background
The Digital Europe Programmeaims to build the strategic digital capacities of the EU and to facilitate the wide deployment of digital technologies. With an overall budget of €7.5 billion, out of which €0.8 billion is managed by HaDEA, the programme will support investments in the following sectors:
- High Performance Computing
- Cloud, data and Artificial Intelligence
- Cybersecurity
- Advanced digital skills
- Accelerating best use of technologies
