Support to increase the impact and sustainability of outreach to and engagement with young people in EU External Action. Tasks include (but are not limited to) curating information on opportunities for young people in external action, supporting young people in benefiting from these opportunities (e.g., through online learning activities or peer exchanges) and developing engaging actions (e.g., consultations, training, identification of programs). The consultant would also support community management, and create and implement a strategy for engagement with alumni.
