One of the main educational objectives of the Spanish presidency of the Council of the EU is to promote transnational student mobility.
This goal can be achieved through European university alliances, something that is addressed at the II Forum of Universities for the Future of Europe, which takes place in Barcelona on 14–15 September.
These university alliances, of which 50 have been set up to date involving 35 countries on the continent, will enable a European degree to be obtained by combining studies at different universities, making the dream come true for a generation of young people who will be able to train and work in different disciplines, languages and countries.
