Among the frequently asked questions on the FTO portal are also questions about the current TWINNING 2023 call (unfortunately, the EC did not publish them directly for the TWINNING Bottom-up call or for the TWINNING Green Deal call).

The most important piece of information is that TWINNING projects of up to three years should have only one reporting period, namely at the end of the project. Which basically means that it doesn’t make sense to split work packages for lump sum funding.
